RYA Powerboat Training
As part of the RIBshare membership programme, working in partnership with Boatability, an approved RYA Powerboat Training school, a nominated skipper is trained to a very high standard to ensure that everyone is safe and competent when out on the water.
The following RYA Powerboat Training courses are available through Boatability:
Sea based courses
- Powerboat Level 1 (1 day course)
- RYA Powerboat Level 2 (2 day course)
- RYA Powerboat Intermediate (2 day course)
- RYA Advanced Powerboat (2 day course and one night)
- ICC for 10m or 24m (2-3 day course)
- Own boat tuition (Hourly, half-day or full-day)
- Direct assessments
Land based courses
- RYA VHF Radio (1 day course)
- RYA First Aid (1 day course)
